Caldwell Sutherland Designs are Artisan Hand-Made Jewelry and are often one of a kind. It is possible that a design will never be duplicated. Sometimes an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options. Caldwell Sutherland in no way guarantees the availability of the product. However, if a similar product is available, you may be contacted and offered the opportunity to purchase the replacement article. Due to the uniqueness of our product, there is no guarantee of a back-order.
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We ship via USPS. We charge a flat rate of $25 for domestic. We do not have international shipping at this time.
To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. To confirm the quality of a jewelry item, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help you make your choice. We want you to make the best choice possible, so please request a more detailed explanation or pictures of the jewelry prior to purchasing and we will be happy to help you. You must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email. No refunds will be accepted without an RMA. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of original shipping date. If your return is in any way a result of an error by Caldwell Sutherland Designs, we will refund you the cost of returning the merchandise. Please ship back prepaid. No COD's will be permitted.
If the return is not a result of an error by Caldwell Sutherland Designs, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s) plus a 10% restocking fee. You must send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Registered Mail). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive in their original condition.
